Attorney Ryan E. Neal


Ryan E. Neal was born and raised in and around East St. Louis, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Webster University and later obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Ryan was commissioned by President Barak Obama as a First Lieutenant Assistant Judge Advocate General for the United States Air Force. He was later promoted to Captain before being honorably discharged in 2012. After leaving the USAF he worked in civil litigation for two national law firms in the St. Louis area before beginning his own practice in 2015. Ryan’s law firm handles a myriad of legal matters including probate and estate planning, criminal and domestic relations as well as real estate law. Ryan currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri. He is married to Jessica and they have two children.
